Services
The key service we offer is subscription into the Parts Magician Network. Through this network you can query for stock that other members of the network may currently carry. In turn they can query for stock you may carry. Concerned about security? Visit our Internet Security Q & A. Products
In order to connect to the network you need to install a a piece of computer software called the Parts Magician Client. This program, which comes bundled with subscription to the network, connects to the network to facilitate stock requests. It also allows your inventory control system to connect to it, so request for parts made by other shops can be handled automatically. For your Dealer Management System (DMS) to interface with parts Magician, you require a Parts Magician gateway. Typically this piece of software needs to be supplied by your DMS vendor. If your system is not listed here, please contact Parts Magician Support and/or your DMS vendor.
